Enabling individuals and organisations to thrive in complexity

We work across the personal and professional — helping individuals, leaders, and teams meet complexity with clarity, depth, and honest human attention.

Our work spans psychotherapy, coaching, conflict resolution, and culture change.

Sometimes it’s one-to-one. Sometimes it’s with a whole team.

Often, what’s needed is an approach that connects both.

We see an individual as a system — made up of many parts, shaped by history, experience, and inner drives. Without attention to the parts, the whole cannot be understood.

Why choose

Approach to Therapy

Hamied – our founder – has completed over 10,000 hours of therapy and coaching over the past ten years and remains curious about coaching and therapy modalities outside his own training, always mindful to avoid dogma.

For Individual Clients

We work with individuals facing challenge, transition, or a deeper search for purpose and meaning.  Our approach combines psychological depth, relational clarity, and embodied awareness; grounded in real experience and tailored to the person in front of us.

For Organisations

We help organisations address the human dynamics that so often sit beneath the surface — the unspoken tensions, the patterns that repeat, the things that feel too sensitive to name.

About Us

Hamied Ghadimi

I aim to provide a compassionate, safe and non-judgemental space for you to attend to yourself. You may be seeking therapy to deal with your relationships, your life in general, anxiety, depression, crisis of meaning and life purpose – to name but a few. My hope is that this process will offer a precious and regular opportunity for you to take a fresh look at yourself and your life.

Fundamental to our work will be a relationship of trust and safety.

I follow the ethical guidelines of BACP (British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists) around confidentiality and professional conduct. I also have full professional indemnity insurance.

My approach is based on the belief that as social beings our challenges need to be looked at in the context of our relationships. We also look at your individual and internal processes to improve self-awareness. This may well involve reflecting on your past and your past relationship patterns. However, my focus is more on the here and now.

Liz Landy

Liz brings decades of leadership and mentoring experience via her long career working with senior teams and organisations. As former Global Head of Audience Measurement at Ipsos, she led large, complex operations across 80 countries — where performance, precision, and pressure were a constant. She understands the demands placed on leaders at the top, and what it takes to align diverse teams around clear goals while sustaining trust and resilience.

Known for combining strategic clarity with strong relational insight, Liz led with tenacity and empathy — mentoring others not to avoid challenge, but to grow through it. Today, she helps organisations build performance cultures where high expectations and human connection go hand in hand. Her work supports leaders in navigating complexity, making tough decisions, and creating the kind of relational strength that lasts under pressure.
