For Organisations

We help organisations address the human dynamics that so often sit beneath the surface — the unspoken tensions, the patterns that repeat, the things that feel too sensitive to name.

Whether we’re working with founders, senior teams, or entire organisations, our approach is grounded in two principles: clarity and containment. Honest conversations don’t just happen — they need a container. A clear frame. Agreed parameters. And above all, the right kind of safety.

We work to create that safety — not by avoiding discomfort, but by helping people meet it with maturity, skill, and respect. Often, work needs to be done to get there. That might mean clarifying roles, building trust, or developing the capacity to stay present in difficult conversations. We hold space for what’s difficult, but we do so with boundaries, structure, and care. This allows issues to surface and be worked through — not acted out or avoided.

We take a systemic view. That means we don’t get distracted by isolated problems — we look at relationships, roles, histories, and the wider context in which decisions are made. We notice what’s being said, and what’s not. The formal and the informal. The individual and the collective.

Our partnership brings together a wide range of experience. Hamied has held senior roles in international business, law, and entrepreneurship, and has extensive experience in resolving personal and legal conflict — including complex disputes involving multinational companies. He’s known for creating the kind of environment where honest dialogue becomes possible, and where even entrenched tensions can lead to meaningful resolution. Lizzie brings deep experience in commercial strategy, operational leadership, and team development from her years in global senior management. Together, we offer a blend of rigour and humanity — enabling teams to move forward with clarity, stronger relationships, and better performance. Our aim is always practical: to help people work to their strengths, bring out the best in one another, and deliver results that matter.

We don’t come in with a blueprint. We start by listening. Then we build something that fits.
