Self-discovery and Reflection Workshops
In recent years, more people have experienced a growing sense of uncertainty, strain, and dysregulation – not only in their personal lives, but in the wider social and political atmosphere. In my therapeutic and coaching practice, people often speak of feeling unsettled, disoriented, or quietly overwhelmed, as familiar values are questioned and the world feels less stable and less predictable.
To help address this we offer unique workshops to support you in navigating these types of issues. This environment can unconsciously affect our own behaviour resulting, for example, in us losing confidence in our future direction, and making us question our decisions and choices. This workshop is aimed at those who are continuing to function, but where something important has become unexamined, misaligned, or quietly burdensome — and they need space to think, feel, and relate differently.
The groups are generally small and informal. They explore the concepts of nervous system regulation, relational contact, and how to discover a sense of meaning — particularly at times when external conditions feel threatening or overwhelming. Co-creation elements ensure the work is optimally tailored.
No background in psychology or somatic practice is required — only curiosity and a willingness to notice what happens in yourself and between people. As a result of attending , you will better understand personal triggers, be able to recognise, understand and change your own behavioural patterns, identify the weaknesses in your decision-making process and create more meaningful and effective relationships.
Follow up sessions for individuals or groups to explore issues raised in more depth are available to all attendees.
